Online Tea shopping
There are hundreds of online tea shops. Over 700 tea brands sell tea online.
I searched online for “Canadian Tea” I found a few different blog spots that share some great information. I shall share here those blog addresses.
Every tea shop specializes in something different, whether it be single estate tea, flavored, herbal, green, black, Puerh, matcha, or origin-specific tea. The types of tea available are quite varied.

For the Tearoom I have chosen to use a Canadian tea blending company. When searching for local. I felt connected to this company as I read and investigated who they are.
“Picture this. It’s 2012 and a Toronto-based tea lover is fed up with the poor quality of restaurant tea. Wanting to shake up the industry by injecting a little fun, Pluck was born from a desire to create a beverage that was anything but your grandmother’s cup of tea.
Despite the growing megatrend of premiumization in the beverage industry, founder Jennifer Commins realized that tea was being ignored. In an effort to change the way people bought and consumed the leafy drink, Jennifer travelled the globe in search of premium leaves that were plucked from sustainable sources and challenged the status quo.
Because of this, our teas are infused with local ingredients from Prince Edward County lavender, to cranberries from Nova Scotia, and grape skins from the Southbrook Vineyards in Niagara. Doing this ensures that every tea is unique and unmistakably Pluck.
With a desire to bring our refreshing approach to tea drinkers everywhere, Pluck has expanded its reach to hotels, workspaces and retail partners from coast to coast in Canada.” https://pluckteas.com/pages/the-pluck-story
